Provisions for Foreign Language Classes in the 2021 Curriculum

1. Students are required to program foreign language courses according to the 2021 curriculum course offerings
2. Lecturers who teach foreign language courses are regulated by the IR Department.
3. The final grade for this course is the result of the conversion from the Foreign Language Course Program that the student is taking. The foreign language chosen can be English or another foreign language. The recommended UN Official Languages ​​are English, Arabic, Mandarin, French, Russian, and Spanish.
4. Students can take foreign language courses organized by UMM such as the UPT Foreign Language Course UMM, Azeru English Course x Lab HI UMM, and other courses. As well as those held by Training and Course Institutions (LPK) outside UMM that meet the provisions of the IR Department.
5. For students who have taken a language course before Semester V; Grade conversion will be recognized and can be submitted with the following conditions: programming the Foreign Language MK and submitting the conversion by collecting the specified documents.
6. Recognized LPK provisions outside UMM:
   - Have a foreign language course permit from the local government and/or have a Business Identification Number (NIB)
   - Can be based in Malang Raya and/or outside Malang Raya.
   - Accommodate online and offline training

7. Grade Conversion Conditions for Students:
   - Attend courses with a minimum of 16 meetings (each semester).
   - Fill out Foreign Language Course Control Sheet (click to download).
   - Attach documents such as: Syllabus or learning plan, certificate, grade transcript, and proof of class participation.
   - At the end of the semester, students submit Control Sheets and supporting documents to the Teaching Lecturer.
   - Grades will be input by each teaching lecturer at the end of the semester.

Conversion Form

Class of 2021 students are invited to collect conversion documents until the deadline is Wednesday, July 3 2024 at 11.00 WIB. If it is later than the specified time, value input will be carried out next semester.
