Goals

The objectives of establishing the Paradiplomacy Professional Class CoE include:

1. Providing a good understanding for Regional Governments/Students regarding contemporary diplomatic insights, namely the increasingly important role of sub-state actors in foreign cooperation.
2. Providing training for regional governments/students in mapping regional potentials which can be used as instruments in paradiplomacy.
3. Providing training for Regional Government/Students on regional branding so that they find suitable partners in paradiplomacy.
