What documents do I need to prepare to take part in the Independent Campus program?

Students only need to register online on the Kampus Merdeka website provided by Kemendikbudristek.

In some Kampus programs, transcripts are required. Grade transcripts can be processed at the IR Department Office or by online processing at the following link: Application for Grade Transcripts.

Are there any documents that I need to complete other than those required for registration for the Kampus Program program from the Ministry of Education and Culture?

Students are required to fill out the Kampus Merdeka Participation Application Form which can be downloaded on the following page: Kampus Merdeka Supporting Documents.

Are there any documents that I need to complete when carrying out the MBKM Internship?

Certified Apprenticeships have specific guidelines including regarding other documents. Students who undertake internships independently are MANDATORY to complete the control sheet and internship assessment sheet to be submitted to the IR Department at the same time as submitting the report. For an internship, do I need to make an internship report?

Certified Interns (Magang Bersertifikat) have specific guidelines for reporting their activities. Students who undertake internships independently are MANDATORY to make an internship report and submit it to the IR Department according to applicable regulations.
